Z4 m VF Supercharged ODB2 Emission's trouble

I purchased a used BMW Z4 M with the VF Supercharger installed and love everything about it! Everything but that fact that I can't get the ODB2 readiness so I can pass emissions. This is preventing me from registering the car and transferring the title to my name.

My first attempt to understand the issue was to reach out to VF. Unfortunately all I get is weeks between email responses and that their kit "the Z4M kit is for off-road use only and is NOT emissions compliant." I can't get them to help me at all, not even to understand what is in their tune preventing emissions readiness.

I brought the car to an indy tune shop and am returning there tomorrow to see if they can figure anything out. Anybody been through this that can help?

Many of us have gone through what you are going through. Don't waste your time and money with anyone who doesn't understand the Z4M or nonM ECU for that matter.

Reach out to pokeybritches Josh Bettis at Severn Tuning. He should be able to sort it for you.
