Reinforcement plate confusion

I've gone through a lot of posts in the archives of this forum and other Z4 forums concerning the need or lack of need for reinforcement plates and now I'm just confused.
What I've parsed out so far is some plates are needed but it comes down to opinion.
Some plates fit both Z4 and E46 cars but some E46 plates don't fit Z4's.
Some aftermarket sellers list plates that fit both series and some don't list Z4 at all even though their products do fit Z4.
Some sites don't even have Z4's listed in their "Choose your model"
What, do Z4's have cooties or something?
Does anyone know of a definitive list of what works with our cars?
Or maybe we could use this thread to make that list and have it all in one place.
Thanks

Garage List
OEM e46 plates fit if you have non-m for sure. M most likely fit?

If you have camber plates you’ll need to trim off lip from plate.

I'll throw in what I know from my build.
No reinforcement plates needed for the rear subframe.
No reinforcement needed for the rear trailing arm bushing pocket.
Rear shock mounts plates should be used. Make sure you mount them on the topside.
Rear spring perch plates.
Front anti roll bar mounts should be reinforced, but this is a DIY job as I don't believe anyone sells the plates. They're very easy to make and can simply be epoxied on. Do a search on this forum.
Motor mount on front subframe should be reinforced. The plate kits are the same for E36 and E46.
Front strut tower plates should be used. Sourced from E46 as 2002tii above suggests.
Front torque rod mounts on the strut tower should be stitch welded. Some have reported them pulling out the spot welds.
I've also reinforced my trans mounts and center bearing mounts, but that's another story...

That's all I can think of for now. The Z4 is a stout chassis. Much better than the E36 or E46.

Thank you Michael, that's exactly what I'm looking for.
