Yes I'm aware of this one on eBay - it does not have all the proper mounting hardware with it. There should be more than two screws.

It’s one of those things that looks cool but I came to the realization when I was wanting one it’s just not enough for my needs. I have a very full fishing tackle backpack style organizer for my keep in car tool bag and even that’s bursting at the seems. Figure in breaker bar, compact jack, sockets, and all the various wrenches, scan tool, jumper cables/pack the trunk lid organizer just won’t hold it all let alone the big items.
