I wasn't exactly disagreeing with you. I just thought someone might want to see the actual numbers. Pretty negligable. Both cars exhibit characteristics that lean towards understeer.

YES there is a difference, not the same! Had my wheels off this last weekend and saw this. I think I will start a thread to see how many ///M emblems can be found on our cars! This is one I did not know about.

back to the OP. I was just re-reading the Dec'07 Bimmer. In that issue AC Schnitzer actually softened the suspension in order to improve handling.

I'm currently looking at upgrade options for my car... how would Eibach + Konis compare with say KW V2s?

It's for a mixture of track and road use.... I'm slightly annoyed to see the KW coilovers for BMW using non linear springs :S

KW's will give you the more superior handling for track use.

For road, I'd lean towards H&R sport springs with Bilstein shocks.

I've tried both setups on my Jetta and my 3rd setup is currently FK springs with Koni shocks (coilovers).

Z4 has yet to have its suspension modified, but I'm leaning towards either KW V3's or Bilstein PSS9's.

Thanks for the reply

The shop I go to (the only local shop for track driving modifications that I have found in all of in Belgium) can supply both KW and Bilstein suspension parts, unfortunately no TC Kline, which is what some friends suggested.

I'll try to find some reviews of the V3 and PSS9.

I believe Bilstein has the PSS10 now, but I'm not sure if they have fitment for the Z4 yet.

Personally I like the KW because of the stainless steel, but that's also cuz in Canada, they salt the roads like they salt your fries. Very heavy.

But my Z4 doesn't get winter duty so I dunno... maybe after I win the lottery.

Cuz its so dang expensive! :P

But I'm already sold on the KW's. Inox stainless is such a deal maker when there's so much salt on the roads.
