rear coilovers
So I think I'm doing something wrong. I got the fronts where I want them to set, but the rears still have 40mm of wheel gap and thats with the springs slammed. Do I need to shorten the shocks?

A lot more info is required to answer your question, Plus a few pics of how you have them mounted.
Its all in the springs, dampers do not support the car. FWIW, the rears aren't coilovers.

How long are your rear springs?
I'm using 6" springs in the stock rear location and with spring perches not quite slammed, the ride height is close to stock. |

alright well here are the ones I ordered
CX RACING COILOVERS I mean they must have settled in cause they seem to be sitting a bit lower now. I did a lot of research on these and found they were suitable for the conditions I drive. Main street use. |
