'07 Z4 3.0si struts/shocks & spring setup - HELP!

I have an '07 Z4 3.0si w/ sports suspension. I needed to replace my struts and shocks and was advised to replace of the following (no going to mention the online retailer) and wanted to lower it a bit.

*Bilstein rear shocks 24104906 (B6)
*Bilstein struts 351240921 (B6)
R&L springs (50421)

Let me tell you that this didn't work after I purchase and installed everything. Here is what I think should have been purchased and looking for advice on this:

*Bilstein rear shocks 24104937 (B8)
*Bilstein struts 35124115 (B8)
Keep the R&L springs

Can anyone chime in on this?

The B6's are for stock suspensions but give a bit firmer feel from the stock replacement B4's. The B8's are for ones that have been lowered. The Stock Z4 with the M sport suspension is already lowered & I bet the R&L's lowered it even more.

Have the B8 front and rear set up with Eibach pro springs (basically a B12 set up). Lowered the 07 Z4 3.0si sport suspension slightly. Had to use 15mm rear spring perch pads to keep the car level ft to rear. Handles great and ride is superior to stock set up. Also added Ground Control ft anti sway bar. Changed to ZHP control arms and FCABS.

Ground control make sway bars for the 3.0si coupe? When I search on their website I only see sway bars for the Z4M

Call Ground Control and place order over the phone or place a note on the order to specify Z4 3.0si. They switch the mounting hardware they told me when I ordered mine. You don't need the heavy duty version.
