Best of luck to you... I was jacked over like that by my local Subaru dealer - unfortunately I was too young at the time to take any serious action...

Wow,

That makes 2 in the area for me to stay away from,

The best dealer (BMW or others combined) I have ever been to is Prestige BMW on Rt 17 in Ramsey, about 15 mins away from Tenafly,

I hope you get your problem resolved, Sounds very shady dealings going on

That is typical for Florida, most I have found in my 10yrs. of being here do not care unless it affects them directly.Prior to moving here I was warned that Florida is not service oriented, they do not care about the customer.

This just reinforces the face that you must ALWAYS get an inspection done before you buy a car if you're not seeing it in person.

I hope you get this thing sorted out in your favour.

Wow, that sucks, but you're right.....at least you found that inspection sheet! Do you have any e-mails or voicemails saved with the dealer stating the vehicle is new?

The issue did not happen in Florida, but rather NJ>I thought as a loyal client I will get a good deal. I got defrauded. Hope will be able to use some press for this case as well

is your car red? If it was I sat in it at last years NYIAS. I hope it all works out for the best. For the most part any damage from an auto show will be cosmetic. Get them to repair the damage and if you got a good deal. I cant imagine why you shouldnt be happy with your new purchase. (aside from the fact that the dealer wasnt upfront with the vehicles history)

Yes it is. red. You and probably 1000 people sat and jerked it. Maybe it was even taken for a joy ride. I have a question . The dealer here in Florida changed my oil 1800miles and said it was really dirty. Could they have rolled back the milage too??

I have a question. After breaking the car inn with first 1800 miles, BMW dealership changed my oil and said it was dirty. Did you have to do that to your car after the first 1800miles??

You're supposed to have all fluids changed at 1200 miles. You're supposed to have all fluids changed at 1200 miles. You're supposed to have all fluids changed at 1200 miles. (Once for each time you asked.)

I've heard the outside limit is 2000 miles if you have to go over the 1200-mile limit for some reason.

I did my 1200 mile service when i had 3500. I'm assuming my oil was much worst.

You bought a car and didn't properly inspect it.
