Looks like a normal gloss blue paint job, sanded down?

I can as well. But it's tough wrapping a car. I did mine myself as well. A few imperfections here and there...

Well done for the most part man. The stretch marks make it look DIY though unfortunately. Definitely has potential if you pulled off and re-did some areas imo.
