Rear strut tower reinforcement for true coil over
As per title how necessary is this on the Z4M coupe?
Is anyone running a proper coilover without reinforcing this area? Those that have reinforced, anyone done it without a cage, what solutions have people used? The intrax kit I will be getting has an RSM design similar to the Rogue item with a substantial reinforcement plate, could this be enough? I've spoken with them directly and whilst they advise there could be an issue they have never heard of such. TIA |

I would like to hear any input on that as well.
Although for our limited production car, unless you do it yourself, chances are you won't find any aftermarket parts. |

Thanks for the reply! I was beginning to wonder if there was anyone here
Spring rates will be fairly soft for street use, with race rates reinforcement has definitely been advised. I know for a fact there are cars running out there with a full coilover in europe without reinforcement, but I have no idea on miles and usage, anyone on here?? |
