Is there a way to get both Halos to light up?

how come on my 07 Z only the inner angel eye lights up? Any one know how to get the other going?

The inner rings are the only ones lighted on the Z4 and Z4M models. The outer ring is only for decoration...as well as the inner lights I suppose too.

Correct, only the inner angel eyes have a bulb the outer one reflects a little of the low beam light but that is about it. Also the inner projector does nothing, it contains no bulb.

Do you have bi-xenons? I think it's bi-xenon cars that have the dummy inner projectors.
