great offset for a properly driven z4m.... these with the right settings and tyre should provide zero rub.

After driving square for so long I realized I don’t rotate as often as I thought I would, so may as well just maximize grip on both front and rear. Car still rotates fine with trail braking

OP can you snap a pic now the wheels are off and send in the common rub points front and rear please..... feel free to PM , will be interesting to see the fender liners will if much at all were touched, you drive this ca PROPERLY so if its super miner like a glacing scrape, i personally would be bothered that. Had a Gt3 RS in my shop, removed the wheels for polishing and ceramic wok and to my shock the stock wheel rubbed the liners significantly , like really bad!

Sorry we had crap weather all weekend. Tire currently has Hakkas on OEM 224s.

Right side fender - very light rub, hard to see but that tiny triangle is the worst area.

(Sorry not sure why the app uploaded it rotated)
Left side is worse, result of this one particular track. Since then I raised the car tiny bit and it helped a lot. I would say right side is more indicative of what you could expect with an R-comp. On a 200TW with -3.0 camber (or at stock height), I don’t think you’d have any real issues.

But to me this is more of a height issue. 245 isn’t that wide but the 40 profile makes it tall. 255/35 up front would be an easier fit imho. I ran that on my previous N52 couple with 17x9.5 et35 with 5mm spacer and that didn’t rub at all.

That is a common rub area up front. Mine (although not as bad) had some slight rub even on stock wheels/tires/ride heights.

awesome info OP.... i agree 35 section tyres would more than likely solve that. Bump for some awesome wheels.

one last thing.... is any rear rubbing in the same place just at the rear most of the car.... outer fender bumper clip area , and in comparison to front , what degree?

What are the date codes on the tires?
Which one has the patch, 245 or 265?
How much tread is left?

265 has patch. I think these are 2015, been sitting wrapped in tire warmers in my basement for 2 years now. Wouldn’t hesitate driving on them for street but I know how people get sensitive on DOT codes so basically throwing them in at this price point (set of EC-7’s would still cost $1500 now with shipping).

Great set of wheels. I am tempted to snag these for the street, wish you were a bit closer to the Midwest to avoid shipping.
