WTB: Z4M roadster

Hi everyone,

After looking for a few different cars with very little luck, I've decided to start looking for a Z4M again. In the past I had been mainly looking for a supercharged car, but now I've decided I'd like to stick with a naturally aspirated example. Here's what I'm looking for:

- Exterior color: blue, black, red, space gray
- Interior color/trim: fine with anything, heated seats are a must
- Mileage: under 80k, might go higher if the car has great maintenance records
- Mods: fine with stock or light mods
- Budget: would like to spend under $25k

I'm in NC, so I would highly prefer something within a day or so drive from Raleigh.

I'd also like to buy a Z4M roadster with the exact same stipulations but I'm in California! Wasn't sure whether to make a WTB post or not.

I'd go for any interior/exterior combos except Imola red (too bright for me). Let me know if anyone on the west coast reaches out to you, because that's obviously well outside your radius. All the cars I can see listed for sale on right now are at vastly overpriced dealers and have no proper service records so I'm looking for a good privately owned car too.

I was about to reply to Enriqueruizfl with the same sentiment, most of the cars out there at dealers are overpriced and/or too high mileage. I also prefer to buy from an enthusiast directly, so I can get the history of the car more accurately. I'll be sure to let you know if I see any cars around the west coast!

We're both looking for roadsters, so I think we should be able to find something without too much hassle!

I'm out near Sacramento and I'm getting ready to put up my Z4mr, black sapphire metallic, black interior with carbon leather and leatherZ door pulls, 74K miles, no accident, full service history including Inspection II. Very lightly modded: UUC short shift kit, CDV delete, stubby antenna, GROM Bluetooth kit and a Proflex Commander flex fuel kit. I'll be putting up an ad on the next few days, but feel free to PM me. You can see pictures of the car on my IG (@alaberti.aux) while I get her gussied up. Selling to fund my real estate investing startup, but I fully intend to own a Z4 M again down the road!

Sounds like a great Z4, but yeah I think you're a little too far away for it to be feasible. If you do have trouble finding someone local, maybe we could figure something out. You may want to check with Coi who replied earlier in this thread, he's looking for a Z4MR in Cali.

Hi.I have a 2007 BMW Z4 3.0 Si Roadster with 10k miles on it. It was my father-in-law’s car. He passed away at the end of 2020 and I am helping my mother-in-law sell the car. VIN 4USBU53507LX03585. Here is a link to photos and video: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/fj2qq2fyf...Jor--C2Fa?dl=0

The car has not had any modifications. Recent work: new battery, tune up at BMW dealer, new hydraulic pump and side mechanisms for the convertible top. The car is located in the Palm Beach Gardens area in Florida.

Even though the values have gone up since Covid, I think that's a pretty generous budget that should get you a really nice one! Good luck, they're great cars!

For reference I sold my mint 2006 Z4MR Interlagos Blue with 25K miles for $26K... so you should easily find something you want.

I agree, I just have to be a bit patient I guess. Also I would probably stretch up to 26k/27k if someone has a really mint Z4MR and they think $25k is a little too low.

For me it doesn't personally make sense to get a car with such incredibly low miles because I want one I can drive and enjoy without guilt. Perhaps michaelalex3 is interested though.
