ok..... here We GO.... heres the all the details compiled by DKf...... im Really pleased to see this finally up and running again :-)

The group buy will run until January15th and then close. All payments are due by January 31st. All payments will be made through Pal Pal. You must have a valid Pay Pal account.
DKF will only ship to the address on the Pay Pal account to avoid any type of confusion.
The group buy will be like having 3 group buys running at once since we have three types of kits available. All numbers will apply for all kits in the group buy, for example once we have six customers then all kits will be for sale at the 6-9 bracket.
The group buy will have a few rules for simplicity.
We will need five customers paid to make this group buy valid. There will be a $250.00 plus any Pay Pal expenses incurred, restocking fee charged to each customer who, pays and then decides he/she wants a refund. This is to ensure we get the serious customers only.

S PIPE AND RESONATORS KIT
1-5 $1478.28
6-9 $1427.30
10+ $1376.33

S PIPE AND CATS KIT
1-5 $1920.52
6-9 $1848.32
10+ $1776.12

Customer has choice of 100,200,or 300 cell. we know that the 300 cell resonator does not throw a light according to post member avsbmw He posted the thread DKF s pipe/ 300 cell cats review. That is the only resonator we can really say for sure won't throw a light.

S PIPE AND BYPASS KIT
1-5 $1347.05
6-9 $1300.60
10+ $1254.15

Let’s do a price comparison between Super Sprints’ system and DKF’s Kit pricing. Super Sprint 's S Pipe MSRP is $1126.37. You can buy it at your price for $ 938.65
( all prices from their web site ). Now lets compare our coated kit priced at $1478.28 to Super Sprint.

OUR COST Minus coating TOTAL

$1478.28
$ 380.00
$1098.28

The difference between the DKF Kit and Super Sprint's S pipe is $159.63 Now subtract the free clamps worth $80.00, and the difference is $79.63
When you purchase the S pipe from Super Sprint all you get is the S pipe. As you know, or may have experienced just by adding an S pipe you increase the sound as well as create some unwanted noise which can be quite nerve racking at times.
With the DKF Kit you get our uniquely designed S pipe and a set of resonators. The resonators help eliminate some or most of the nerve racking unwanted sound while further shaping and enhancing the sound we are looking for.
The end result , you get two jet hot coated resonators, with all the flanges and clamps to install for $79.63, or one resonator with all the flanges and clamps to install for $39.81. I don't think you could buy just the flanges for that price!!
When you purchase a DKF Kit of any type not only do you receive quality at a very reasonable price, and the ability to interchange components you have the ability to DIY right in your own garage eliminating the hassle and added expense of having a shop install it for you.
When you take a few minutes to really look at the pricing and see what you get for your money, the DKF KIT is really a very good value. Not to mention the quality that goes into any DKF product and our outstanding customer care.
If you consider all the facts you will realize this pricing and unique packaging of our products is very good ( just in time for that Christmas bonus or tax return ) At DKF our motto has always been "WE BUILD QUALITY ONE PART AT A TIME." We at DKF pride ourself in this system is American made keeping Americans on the job and working.
Now wouldn't you agree a " PAID IN FULL RECEIPT " for a DKF KIT would look GREAT under the Christmas Tree.

Ok. Questions. Im wanting to reroute my 02's (euro headers) and no codes thrown. WIll I have to go with the 300 cats or can i get away with the S PIPE AND RESONATORS KIT?
Also I assume S PIPE AND BYPASS KIT will rasp like hell. Just want to get the right setup.

My tuner can turn off my rear 02's for $175 and add the header software also. So I assume I could go s-pipe/with resonators(o2 bungs)? Hoping the resonators will help with rasp.

not to sure on this..... but why not concider the 100 cell cat option, these have your bungs ready to rock, no codes, no drama and im guessing the dreaded rasp hopefully kept at bay, the rasp isnt my enemy, i just want rid of the stock Cats.... they are clearly restrictive by Tests Ive seen, i, will swap to the decats 99% of the time....... if this is really noisey i'll get DKf to make me the street mufflers made up.

i want to slowly build the complete DKF exhaust with all the changeable options, with the vband setup, you can swap it out quick time!!

The resonator kit does not come with O2 bungs. They will help with the rasp problem. The the 300 cell cats have been running on a forum members car with no codes I believe his screen name is avsmw. Hope this helped

So If no o2 bungs what would I do with the rear sensors? Trying to save a buck or two. Not sure right now I can swing the extra $500 for the cats. For $175 I can just have them turned off but still would have to do something with them. Gets overwhelming. Then there is the egt problem. Anyone want to just buy my Euro headers?

hi tom, yeah i see why your confused , let me clarify...

so the orginal DKF parts were made at a different location, DKF now has a local manufacturer that can offer better price points. In real terms, i think these prices are much more inline with what the community can afford, the quality of the DKF parts is imo second to none, on top of that were support a local guy thats making new bits for our cars.... not to mention, DKF offer great customer service and are just great people!!

with the V-band setup, we can swap between setups in no time and Even better 02 sensor swaps will now be a thing of joy, 2 v-band clamps, job done!! Thats a HUGE reason alone for the DKf setup!!

again will post some pics when i get home tonight!! The parts are near porn material!! lol!!

tom chime in on what you think about the pricing???

Maybe I'm misreading something. Aren't these prices even higher than the original group buy listed here?: http://www.zpost.com/forums/showpost...35&postcount=9

For example, the S-pipe with resonators was $1065 to $1090 (depending on option) in the old group buy. With the new pricing in this thread it is $1376 to $1478 (depending on sales volume). Am I reading that correctly?

i dunno, maybe DKf can comment as im just posting the info ive recieved?? im guessing certain combo's are cheaper than others??? but put it this way the setup last time for what i wanted was like 3.5k???? comparing to SS, the pirces are cheaper, and from what i remember, they are cheaper than the last DKF GB thread?? Maybe DKf can comment?? Fromt looking at it, the combined prices are higher on the old GB, That last GB needed a higher number of people to gain the GB price which was never reached.

What set up would you guys run with euro headers? Can my rear o2 sensors be tied up somewhere or must I have o2 bungs even though I will have sensors turned off by tuner. I really want the s-pipe with resonators, which has no bungs.

not to sure on this???

would you concider the 100 cell Cat opton?? its a very small high flow Metalic unit.

if worst comes to worst you could simply have some 02 bungs welded in to those resonators ;-)

Wonder how hard this would be? Wouldnt want to jack up the resonators. Really my only option. Cant swing $1900 for the cat setup in January. No bonus till March.
