Seems fair if they're not available elsewhere and you really want one now. Nice of Jumbosock to offer.

Bit the bullet about a month ago and am trying this one out. I already received the spoiler but have not installed as i need to remove the previous spoiler and have some body work done.

Seems like the Tekcarbon one may be a better route, considering it's still quite a bit cheaper than the OEM. Just not sure I want one carbon piece on my car, so may get it painted. The question now becomes, body color or black for contrast?

If you re looking to paint it i do have a carbon one that is cracked a bit. Not sure if the cost of repairs would be worth it truthfully. Pm me for pictures. I am not sure how long until i take it off either though.

I appreciate the offer...thanks but it would cost me $188.85 to ship to my door in 4-7 weeks. I'm not going to pay more for a year old one whether or not its never been installed.

Thanks everyone but I have decided to hold off for a while.

An update on this. I ordered the TekCarbon one. Even though the site says out of stock, they shipped it to me about 2 days after I ordered. I got it today. So, not 4-7 weeks. Not sure why they show it out of stock. The quality and finish is pretty good. It's hollow, so there is a thin lip around the bottom edge of the thing. I've only sort of eyeballed it in the dim garage this evening but the fitment seems fine. I'm just not sure how to attach it. I'm reticent to use betalink on the bootlid; but I'm not sure I want to use 3M tape either, unless I can find some that's really thin. Anyone else install this, and what do you suggest?

Thanks for the update! I'll go ahead and order mine. Interested in getting your questions answered about installation. I prefer the 3M double sided tape route.

Whatever you do, DO NOT buy that cheap Chinese knockoff from eBay. I did, and it was absolute garbage. Literally looks like it was made by a 5 year old kid in arts & crafts class. Wasn't level, symmetrical, nor was the thickness even consistent throughout the product. Absolute trash.

The seller is a crook, too. Lied about shipping, then provided a fake tracking number, then ultimately shipped 10 days after he originally said he did.

Needless to say, getting a refund has been a joke, and i had to pay return shipping with a tracking number ($60 to China) in order for eBay's buyer protection to kick in.

Glad I just went the Tekcarbon route.

What's wrong with the beta link? Will it damage the paint? Won't be able to peel off after installation? I had an E39M5, I could have sworn the rear spoiler lip was just double-sided taped to the damn trunk.

3M makes some really good double sided tape in black, in case you're looking. I think it's called VHB and they sell it at Home Depot.

I got the Tekarbon piece, it is just OK. One of the edges is rough with what looks like a little imperfection in the resin and there is a little wave in the dead center of the spoiler. I considered returning it but I'll just deal with it. Just wanted to post my experience here. I plan to double side tape it to my deck.

I also made the mistake of ordering the ebay replica. Tje fitment was absolutely garbage. I paid $60 shipping and returned it.

Ordered tekarbon and have been waiting 5 weeks. No shipping yet.

That's weird. Mine came in 5 days last week. You must have ordered the 2x2 one. I got the 1x1 cuz I didn't want to wait.
