Finally took my car for a wash and enjoyed driving it all weekend, after sitting in it's park space for almost a month

...gas prices are expensive here in California

Maybe it's just me, but are those trees real? They look like some I saw on an HO Railroading setup.

I had the same "what am I looking at reaction" for a second. I really like the shots--but for a second I thought I was looking at a model of a Z4M (or a mini me car) rather than a full size one. I think the trees are just blurred a bit, which gives the feel of a miniature setup. Kinda cool IMO.

RE: gas prices, we run about 75 cents more than the rest of the country. Ouch. That cuts into my mod budget!

Pffttttt.... not sure what you pay...but locally here we are paying $1.399 /litre other wise known as 3.48l/USG or $4.82/gallon.

good to see you are still around!

the miniature car/tree effect you are seeing is also known as tilt shift effect. blurring and blowing out detail with saturation makes things look like plastic. Awesome examples.

San Diego prices are almost up there. It ranges from $4.54-$4.74/gallon
