Washer fluid bubbling out onto hood

Anyone else have this problem? Car is all nice and washed then for no reason washer fluid starts leaking and/or bubbling out of the hood sprayers getting all over my nice clean hood. Reservoir capacity is less than half full and ambient temp is around 85 degrees and sunny. Just started in the last couple weeks. Never had fluid this low so maybe I should fill her up. Silly problem I know but it's irritating.

It's literally uphill to the sprayers. Your pump may be running briefly to force fluid through the lines. You can pull the solenoid to the pump for a day as a temporary test. That should tell you if it's electrical or mechanical.

My windshield washer fluid is leaking out of the tank...not bubbling out onto the hood though
