Springs or Coilovers?
I am looking to lower the stance of my M-coupe. I am happy with the way it currently handles and rides, since my on track driving skills have miles to go before I need a significant upgrade. I do want to improve the "stance" since the 19's show off the gap a ton. I plan on keeping the car for a long time and only drive it once a week if that outside of tracking season. I do track the car 6 or so times a year.
So the question is: "sport" lowering springs or coilovers? I do not want to "slam" the car. I am looking for recommendations for both options. I hear good things about ground control and Bilsteins...and of course, KW. Thanks! -TS

I had tried several sets of coilovers before (GC, tck, kw). I switched to H&R springs a few weeks ago when I was hoping to improve ride comfort. But I'll be switching back to my GC coilovers soon. There are things I like and dislike about both the lowering springs and coilovers. In the end, I still prefer the sure-footed-ness and predictability of the coilovers. If you track at all, just go straight to the coilovers and don't bother with the lowering springs.
