The roadsters look awesome with a hardtop. It's too bad they're so bulky, making them difficult to remove/stow easily. Here are some I took of pokey's M:

ok hardtop guys i need to ask some questions.... i need some help, it seems im buying a hardtop... lol one came up unexpectedly and now im heading down in a few days to pick it up!! lol so
* how does the top Adjust on the car?? * uk cars i believe come with hardtop prep already?? is that correct? * is this something i can install on my own?? or do i need another person??? * The top im looking at getting is black metallic, on my silver car i think this would look awesome, opinions?? *lastly is their anything i need to know about installing this, is it easy or is it a time consuming process?? * any other hardtop related advice would be great if possible.

Roff.... Ill be joining this thread soon..... Im picking up a metalic blak top next week :-) and yes im leaving it black :-) my inspiration???

Just make sure it has all of the covers and trimmings. There two lock covers that go on the HT one for each side....Im missing those pieces....guess what...BMW stopped making these covers....yeah the top works....but its kinda of an eye sore. Point is make sure eerything is present.

no spoiler, and I'd paint it body color. I think in black it looks fine, but doesn't tie the car together into a coupe look like a body color top would. Just my opinion though

true!! i REALLY want it to look good tho.... i want to do something different... i will also get the mirrors painted the centre section of the front bumper in black sapphire metallic.....
i really want to work something different..... anyone else done a bi colour z4m.

These look really nice; anyone know? EDIT: Found them; WedsSport Sa-55M's 19x8.5 +35 for the front; 19x9.5 +24 for the rear, is perfect fitment for the Z4M Last edited by Rated M Roadster; 12-30-2011 at 12:09 AM.. |
