Congrats man! Just put the plate back where it was and claybar the windshield. Also, it might be the angle, but in the third pic the trunk gap on the right and where it meets the bumper seems off (?)

Real nice pics of a real nice car! The trunk gap - could that be as easy to fix as an adjustment to the hinge on the passenger side?

I think it's the bumper sagging as theres a gap under the right tail light.
