Cruise Control

I have an 03 z4 2.5i. One day the cruise control just didn't work. Still doesn't work. I tried replacing the fuse, but still no luck. What could be causing it to not work? Is it something I could fix or do I need to take it in?

if ts a manual - you might want to check the switch in the clutch. its magnetic of some sort and is part of the clucth cyclinder. If you the clutch in, it deactivates cruise control. The switch may have fallen out of the cyclinder, and hence cruise control thinks your clutch is depressed.

sweet thanks i will check it out. Im a total noob... where can i get access to the clutch. (and btw yeah my car is a manual)
