225 / 8.5 = 26.47 (mm of tire width per inch of wheel width)
26.47 x 9.5 = 251.47. So the rear tire will be 3.5mm larger tire width total, as it relates to the wheel width ratio vs the front 8.5. Last edited by 03z4; 05-22-2017 at 07:23 AM.. |

Installed New Wheels Today
I've had the car a month, and it looked like this.
Today I replaced the factory wheels with: Apex EC-7 8.5 x 18, ET35 with Michelin Pilot SS 235/40 Apex EC-7 9.5 x 18, ET35 with Michelin Pilot SS 265/35 |

Had my '07 3.0si for a few years now but I decided on CCW classics with a black satin center and stepped lip (18 x 8.5 front and 18 x 9.5 rear). Maybe not for everyone but I love the look!

Not a fan of the blacked out headlights and corner markers, but man those CCW's are looking hot!! Great choice, I'm loving your wheel choice, it makes me want to go multi-piece.

Thank you!
Truth is I preferred to have the inside of the light blacked out rather than the film. Thankfully it's reversible. I'm looking for a shop that can open it up, black it out and give me a brighter bulb for the halo. |

What kid of lights are those? I have been looking for a quality set that have black backing just like that. I'm afraid of the ones I see online that could be of cheap quality. Looks really good. Much better than tinting the lens like I did.

BBS LM-Rs
It has been absolute ages since i've posted here on zpost, but i am absolutely thrilled with how these new shoes look on the zed and thought to share.
Genuine BBS LM-Rs - brushed, stepped lip with diamond black centers F 19x8.5et28 with 245/35R19 Michelin PS4S R 19x9.5et35 with 12mm spacers and 275/30R19 Michelin PS4S Lowered quite a bit on KWV3s; slight rub on the front liner at the joint between front bumper and fender and will raise the ride height about 10mm all around to increase the clearance. Surprisingly comfortable and compliant ride coming from 18s! |
