Doug DeMuro Reviews 2019 Z4

So Doug reviewed the new Z4 the other day:

I kind of like the external styling and some of the new tech. I'm really looking forward his review of the new Supra (whenever the car releases).

It's interesting that he hasn't reviewed the E85/E86 yet.

Edit: And here is the recently released Toyota Supra review:

It's like a refreshed version of an automatic non-M coupe...

He didn't review it but he didn't like the look of them or the e89 according to his intro.

I was surprised that he reviewed the sDrive variant when the m40i has started to show up in showrooms.

I know KevinC was thinking of asking Doug to review his Z4M.

I'll have to check that review out. And maybe it's time to try to get Doug out here to review my car. He might actually bite now, having the new one to compare it to.

I emailed Doug when he was still on the east coast with an offer to test my 3.0si and M coupes back to back. Never heard a peep.

EDIT: I just watched the video. Has this guy not driven a BMW in the past 12 years? He's touting features I have in my 2007 E93 as though they're something new.

He's definitely driven BMW's recently, but "our" Z seems to have not been covered. Also, I think most of the cars he reviews are based on viewer submissions and not necessarily him reaching out to people directly.

Maybe with the new Z4 releasing there may be an interest in reviewing the E85/E86.

When he was still in the east I had an email exchange with him and he said my car was in his database.

I doubt it will ever happen now though with the increased distance.
