Though why are you selling so soon? You just put the carbon airbox on.

VindieselJetta, no, I had the combo and there's no drone. The low/drony frequencies are effectively canceled out like stock. It's also a slightly more restrictive muffler than the stromung or powerloops.

Update: On the bat listing, OP notes drone with the top up, speculating it's due to RE X-Pipe. I have a coupe with OEM X-Pipe, no drone with remus at all.

Errrr some one get this Roadster!
If I was looking for a Roadster, this would be it!
I would want it but I don’t think it will pass Cali DMV inspection and Smoke Check at all to register it...

I had no trouble in NV. I don't think our Smog checks are drastically different. I think worse case you'd have to reinstall the secondary air pump but that takes all of 30 seconds.

Got it. Well, the intake isn't too difficult to swap. I doubt they would notice the headers (since they are technically OEM). Probably best to just completely uproot your life and move to new state that allows dangerous things like Evolve airboxes

I moved from Phoenix to rural Cochise county 2 years ago. Now I have NO more smog checks, ever (as long as we stay here, which should be for the duration). I don't miss wrestling with that stuff as I was when I was living in my native California. Talk about onerous over-regulation. CARB has been obsolete for ages. IMHO.

If I hadn't spend countless hours and dollars getting my roadster up to par over the last 1.5 years I would definitely be bidding on this perfectly done roadster! GLWS!

Nice looking car man.
Amazing how cheap these are now. I thought I got a good deal for a great car three years ago, but looking at what they go for now, it amazes me really. Was thinking about selling it, but don't know what car you would get that is even close to this one for near the same money.
Also I don't get the massive difference with the coupes. Sure they are a little more rare but seems like any ragged out coupe is now going for as much or more than the very best roadsters. I don't get it but it seems to be a great time to be a buyer. Glws.

So true. I wonder if roadster values have hit rock bottom yet. Certainly not a motivater to sell one. I don’t really get the coupe hype either.

@sirhodjibob would you mind revealing the reserve you were able to get BAT to agree to for your auction? I'm just curious as they weren't very accommodating back when I tried to sell my 4C through them. Your sold price seemed fairly reasonable and has at least reinforced that my current asking price should be in the ballpark.
