H&R coilover adjustments

I am about to purchase a set of H&R Coilovers part number 29276-1 and they look like this pictured here:

my question is obviously the two silver ones look like what i would consider normal coilovers where you use the key wrench type things to spin either up or down to adjust.

how do you adjust the height of the two yellow shock looking ones???

this kit to me looks like only the silver two are fully height adjustable and i want to make sure before buying these. Thank you,

also can you set the dampening on these as well or is it just a height adjustment? any real world user comments about how these feel compared to stock sport susp on a 03+ z4 non M.

No dampening. The rears are adjusted with an Allen key, the bottom mounts have a screw and a platform for the springs that changes height. It's a pita

thank you much for your respnose. so once these are mounted what are the steps for adjusting height of front/rear.

example: on my other car i can adjust the front coils height but just jacking the front end up. on the rear though i have to take off the rear wheels to adjust the height.

The coilovers will come with a user manual with adequate instructions. I honestly don't even remember which adjust, emits are up, which down

For fronts, take off wheels, use supplied tools to move the rings up and down. For the rear, take off tires, get under car to adjust a screw. And then rotate the mounting thing.

well that kinda sucks that front and rear both have to remove the entire wheel to make height changes to the coilover.

well i just bought em so lets see how they stack up.

got air cups on my other car.
