355mm 6piston Stoptechs behind stock wheels?

Hi guys! Anyone's tried to install the Stoptech kit with stock wheels? Just bought a used kit and i was wondering if i can get them to fit behind our stock M wheels.

I'm sure the discs will fit fine, it's the thickness of the callipers i was worried about. To be honest i was hoping no spacers would be needed either. Wonder if anyone can confirm for sure.

I'm probably in the minority here but i actually really like our stock M wheels and i wouldnt want to have to swap to something else.

our front offsets kinda suck, drop ST an email.... they'll tell you for sure..... im going to guess this kit is designed to fit under the stock rims........ but ive never seen anyone actually run a BBK with the stock wheels.... goodluck, your going to be blown away with your new braking performance...

Already did but all they could say was to print off the diagram and check manually..

Was on the track today and while the brakes held up fine for the 1 session i did(Motul 660 fluid) i just wish for not having to worry about them getting soft at all by the end of a track day. Hoping these babies will do the trick.

Since they're coming either way I'll just try them on as is. Maybe they'll fit with just a relocation of the wheel weights or something. If not I have a friend who'll give me his spacers.

So what ended up happening?

Did they fit?

Any pictures of the finished install?

With 12.5mm spacers from Turner Motorsport they do indeed fit, albeit very tightly.

My front tires rub though with that set up, they're Yokohama AD08's in stock Z4M sizes.

These are the only pictures i have of them so far:

Very nice.

Yes, I thought the front would be the problem area as there is very little room even on a stock set-up.

I really have to get organised and buy myself some TMS Wheel Studs and a set of KICS Nuts.

I use a 12mm spacer up front to clear the 4pot StopTech on stock wheels. Same 12mm spacer on my 18" RGR. It spokes clear mm's but its enough.
