Need a Source

Anyone know where I can get one of the subs that goes behind the seat on a 08 z4 coupe? Having a terrible time trying to locate a new oem replacement.

Thanks!

Hair punch in the part number, both FCPEuro and ECStuning should carry it

That's what I thought too but neither do. They only carry the ones in the door, same with bavauto.

Are you using the p/n in the eBay listing? I see FCP has it listed for $75 and available to ship in 1 day.

Interesting. It says it's for the door but on eBay it is for the rear. Guess they are the same thing? Ours don't even have door subs, right? I really appreciate all your help!

Punch in the p/n on www.realoem.com, you’ll see it’s the sub behind the seat.

Ordered that part...was wrong, it only works for the hifi system not the dsp. The sub is half the size but will work in my roadster. Looking the part number up on the old sub there are none available except used. I unplugged it and it still has plenty of bass due to the other 3 woofers on the dsp system.

Sorry you ordered wrong part but may I ask why you keep assuming the part you need is not for sale anywhere?

I directed you to realoem so you could verify the p/n for which audio system it corresponds to. Now that you mention DSP that changes things but again, realoem should easily point you to what you need. I don’t know the last 7 of your VIN so can’t confirm but I presume what you actually need is p/n 65139143268, which can be purchased for $350.

https://www.ecstuning.com/b-genuine-...r/65139143268/

I found the p/n and vendor in 3 mins so I’m confused why you’re definitively saying that e85/86 subs are not for sale anymore. Anyways here’s a helpful post that clarifies some of the sub p/n’s.
