Dashboard door lock light

I have just got the trunk painted, they disassembled it before painting. This error was in the dash when they delivered the car, they will pay for it whatever it is, but is this a connector which they forgot to hook up or i should be erasing this with a scanner?

There's probably something that was left disconnected. Or maybe the microswitches were damaged. Could be software, but not likely. Having the door or trunk open doesn't throw a code in the ECU so it's not something you usually have to clear.
