Problem with choked exhaust.

Hey guys,

I have a problem with my exhaust.. any other Z4M owners have this issue? How do you fix it? The dealership says it is normal but I do NOT believe them.

HELP!

A friend helped me out on track to do a flyby recording but no luck so far even with video evidence.
