Should I sell my 2004 Z4

I bought this 2004 Z4 two months ago and it had problems right from the beginning and thank you they were covered by Hoselton Chevrolet in East Rochester ny. First the left side hinge did not work the day after ai bought it and they sent it to BMW ($2900) I drove it one day and the top did not close right and the next day did not open.
Back to BMW ($1790).It still has a rim problem that nobody can spin balance leaving me with a slight wobble at 42 to 55 mph.
I think I should trade it in and it has 54000 on it.The car looks beautiful.
I get comments on it all the time.

You have invested some money so far, it would be a shame to give up now when you could get a nice set of new staggered Rims. I Have VMR 718s on mine.

It sucks hearing about some issues you’re having, but that said the issues you’ve indicated are fixable issues. As to selling it if you don’t like the car it’s a no brainer of an answer. But if you do like the car take your time and fix issues as you can. If it’s not your daily then it’ll be soon enough in storage for NY. Btw my folks are in canandaigua.

There’s a big reason I hate chrome rims, they pit a little they don’t keep good air seal so I’d personally look at new rims, if it were me.

They got the top all sorted now right? All cars used or new will have their own issues so if it’s running strong don’t let those 2 problems have you hating the car. It looks fantastic. I’ve had my 03 for 11 years if that lets you know how much I enjoy mine, and even picked up a 07 coupe to add last year.

My God man. You have a Z4 that has over 3k done to it for free. You can't buy a Z4 and not drop 3k : ). Those rims need to go anyway. Keep it.

I paid $14900 for it. I will have to sell it outright because trading it in on a new car is useless. They won't give you much for it.
I have to think about it for a few days. I could just buy stock rims for it from somewhere and sell three of these rims that are on the car now.and chuck the bad one. I am going to take it to my mechanic and see if he can find out what rims they are. Where can i get stock rims for this car?

Forum classifieds, craigslist, offerup, ebay are sources for OEM rims. Though the ones on ebay are either in really bad shape or very pricey. I almost bought sets of style 71 & 108 long ago because I would see nice sets for about $800 knowing I would eventually have a Z4, now they are $1500 plus. 17s are a lot cheaper than 18s. E46 rims work so its makes it easier to find a set.

I’ve got stock turbine 106 17x8 need tires but if you pay shipping you can have them.

14450 what would the shipping be I tried to look them up anything would be better than these soft rims I have now and besides I won't burden somebody with the problem of replacing them.

I have been looking all over for rims and that would save me a big problem.
I will have to give your parents something for bringing them back.
