Would you buy an EV if you weren't able to charge at home?

I wouldn't have an EV even if I did have a charging point at home.

With garage charging my household is ideal for one EV. My wife is looking at a Model 3 as a replacement for her leased C300. Must have garage charging. No exceptions.
