Upgrade tuning Z4 Sdrive28i 2012 Steptronic

Hello everyone, I have a 2012 BMW Z4 sDrive28i Steptronic, and walked forward to get some extra hp.

Has anyone tried any of these? My intention is to make it safe.
The car is completely original, has 5000km, and has all original (exhaust downpipe and air filter)
