I went to Panera once. The entire time I was there all I could here were the fucking teenage girls behind the counter talking shit in their high pitched voices. I wish I could of gone back there and round kicked them all in the face STFU!

I was raised to open doors for women, give them your jacket/umbrella in bad weather, and to generally put them above your own needs. And I still feel that way. But unfortunately there are those women that have no fear and try to verbally and physically assault a man under the cover of "I'm a woman, he can't touch me."
