Is it impossible to find sport seats?

My '08 Z4 3.0si coupe has non-sport red seats

Is it virtually impossible these days to find OEM sport seats or any sport seats for this car?

Virtually impossible, probably. Impossible, no. They come up for sale on occasion. I got a pair from a breaker on eBay a few years ago.
