I am glad that you got your jacket back. I'm pretty touchy about my shit too, especially my clothes, cars, wallets, watches and shoes.....pretty much everything aside from my hair. I care not if I have a bad hair day.

Hardest thing for me is there are people at work I would hang out with but I am in management and have had problems in the past when someone needs to be reprimanded so I wont do it anymore.

I dont need a lot of friends, just 1 or 2 females to be friendly with and chat about shit that most guys dont care about.

It’s tough with management and employees. It can be done but it’s rare. The employees usually don’t understand the line.

Look on the bright side. You do have a few females here. And there’s always private messages if it’s something you don’t want the guys to see. The net isn’t all bad. I’ve made some pretty good friends from another BMW forum. We’ve gone to FL, CA, Cancun, NC, DC. We’ve met for dinner whenever someone travels into someone’s area.

I've met a ton of people off this forum when I lived in CA and even up north. Some I've stayed friends with since 2007. Was actually chatting on the phone with one of them last night for a bit. You can meet some life long friends here.

Are you in L.A.? Cars and coffee was all the rave back in the day. We had many meet ups and drives to MFest and whatnot. Great times.
