fuel pump has no electric supply

Hello, new member here.
I have 2007 E85 2.0 N46 model. My car stopped immediately, fuel pump lost the electric supply. Pump is working when connected directly to battery, I can start the engine without problems this way. No codes stored (used no name reader). Relay for fuel pump receives electricity to its coil, live contact on relay has 12V, but there is no voltage at the pump and float connector. Can someone help with advice? thanks a lot in advance...
