They are 3 1/4" so I believe they look to be the perfect size. But they are not flush with the bumper.

im sure someone has asked this but will this system work with euro-headers? Also, do you have any plans on making headers as well? I would love to see how your r&d skills can be applied to unifying your exhaust theory, once again great job

I don't see why you would throw a CEL if you use EURO headers and the cats with the sensors from GIO's exhaust. Everything behind the cats are just piping IMO.

What do you think beedub?

i agree.... if this really is a plug and play solution for a complete z4m exhaust system with race cats!!! WOW!!!

Everythink looks in place to not throw a cel, but our cars seem really sensitive to exhaust changes, the dme doesnt doesnt like the 02s been messed with so only time will tell on that one.

We have performed a number of runs but were with our prototype headers included, my partner does not want to post those. So the course of action will be to dyno again and also have the people that will be receiving the first 4 system to dyno as well.

Yes it was tested with Euro Headers, But would be good to have them ceramic coated as well.

We have the header prototype tested but we don't have the capital to lunch them at this time.

Yes the system was originally created to be of much more benefit of those with SC Vt1 and Vt2 minimum adaptation was required to adapt to NA cars what result in great performance to either induction system.

The tips were custom made to perfection, none other tip out there look as good as this ones in my opnion.

No CEL's were present after running for 500+ miles on my car with the 100 cel cats but each car is different and more tests will be required to be able to guarantee that no CEL will occur.

It's a full system including headers, the only thing is that the headers will come later. it's all plug and play.

im absolutly in to buy one, please remember my name for the gb........

im happy without the headers, imo the stock euro headers are a great design.... actually the entire stock exhaust is but their is plenty of room for emprovement.......

i will definatly be buying a complete exhaust from you apart from the headers :-) dont forget to noise test this as i need to be under 105db on the static tests here in the uk.......

can wait to see the complete item....
