Yalls look great. Maupineda, I noticed yours doesn’t say “check gas cap” on the RPM section. Did you request it that way? Looks better IMO. Even though those should be white gauges, they look pretty sick in that grey color. Here’s a snap of mine!

Agreed. Might be the backing paper mentioned by Cyclops that's making yours look darker. I'm still waiting for my Gray ones to come in, will post pictures once I get them.

Mine is Canada Spec, so it does not have the gas cap tale-tell, also mine does not say Service Engine Soon, but rather has the engine icon.

Please do post pics.

I pulled a corner of the backing paper up -- that's not the issue. If you look at the pictures in post #1 the white faces are lighter than the thin ring that goes around the edge; on my "white" faces the thin ring is the lighter color, not the face. I've reached out to the folks in Poland to get clarification. This is not what I was expecting.

I just completed my install, and they look absolutely fantastic, almost perfect, and I say almost because as with any new development, you learn as you go.

The issue for those with logo (Roadster or Coupe), there is a light leak from the telltales around the logo. For those that have not installed yet, a possible solution is to tape the back of the logo script, but before doing anything, make sure that would not affect the colour of the white lettering (I hope that makes sense). The logo script is transparent, so take your time and be patient as you need to be 100% sure of what you want to do before proceeding to gluing the gauge face.

I will upload some more photos of my install as well as the light leak issue

From a design perspective, an alternative solution is to lower the logo and serial number (as well as the ///M on the speedo to maintain all on the same plane); however, this may only work for the coupe script as the roadster script is longer and would have leakage with the coolant telltale light. Better still, the script can be made not transparent, just a solid white colour. This would not matter at all since there are no LEDs behind it, and even though they are transparent, they will not illuminate as the ///M on the speedometer does.

Here are the photos of the cluster put back on, and how it illuminates, it looks really nice this dark blue!

Below you can see where the light leaks

basically is the C and E in the case of the Coupe. The Roadster may show more leakage as the script is longer

The next photo shows the LED cavities, the space is tight, so without reprinting the faces without transparency, the only alternative is masking the script from the back, or a portion of the cavities. for now, I am living with the condition as it is only an issue during ignition on and engine off, or in my case when driving in DTC mode

Copy, will do & thanks for the feedback. Now based on what Maupineda just posted about the "light leak from the telltales around the logo", and the fact that mine have the Coupe logo and may be darker than what I expected, I'm willing to buy your light gray ones if you choose to sell them.

I hope Venoxy is able to remedy this issue without added expenses, mine just left Germany today. I'll definitely post pics as soon as I get them.

Man they look amazing off but even better when the lights are on! As for the light leak, hopefully a small piece of tape will do as you stated. What’s with the section on the gas gauge? Looks a bit more Light blue

It took me about 1hr, is best to take your time and do it slowly and carefully. the DIY video posted on the first page is all you need.

The only thing I would advise doing differently is installing the needles, when the cluster is connected back to the car's harness, it sort of resets itself and if you did not put the needles back on exactly where they came off from, they will be off, so I found that to perfectly set the needles to Zero, is best to connect, let the cluster complete its resetting process and then place the needles carefully so they are put on aligned to their zero position, is not difficult, just requires attention to detail, if you follow this advice you may save yourself some on/off of the needles (I had to remove the tach a couple of times to get it to be perfectly aligned to Zero).

Don't worry, that is just a shadow, my garage was closed and thus very dark and the dome light (the one on the headliner) hit that corner of the cluster creating that effect.

maupineda, thanks for tackling the first install and providing feedback. I honestly didn't think that those logos would have been opaque to allow light through, however, I do think that a piece of black electrical tape should fix that issue pretty easily.
Mine are scheduled to arrive tomorrow so I'll give that a go and see how it looks.

I'll reach out to Venoxy and see what they have to say.

Thanks

The M logo lights up well because it's not laying flat against the plastic as there is some contour there to allow the light to pass through. On the tach you can see the face would lay flat against the plastic, so it only lets light through (leaks) around the left and right warnig indicators.
