I am currently contemplating the Monaco Blue FS in Grand Bend but thought I would see if there are other potential sellers who haven't listed yet but are on the fence.

Thanks! I actually spoke to the seller yesterday and he seems like the perfect person to buy a used car from (very honest, forthcoming and detailed). Unfortunately, the price is far outside of my budget.
