Hot Air Comming in

I have a 2006 Z4 convertible - automatic

When driving we feel hot air on the left leg on the drivers side.

Air stops when we stop at a traffic light etc.

Seems there is a heat shield missing but do not know.

Any thoughs appreciated.

thanks

steve

Cycle the AC duct control settings. As the years pile on some things need a little excersize to work correctly. They can be stiff in the mornings and unpredictable at night.

To be clear , I’m talking about cars.

My beast blows hot air as soon as it warms up - Like a lot of people I know.

Trust this is not to be handled by a DIY.

Thanks for your advise.
