Thanks
That is a question I have asked myself several times. But here in Norway, a M cost twice as much, about 60000$ more used. So first it was the price that was the main concern, but now with all the costs of my modding, I could almost have bought one.

But then the M had to be modified, so the $$$$$$......

Gloss black grills

-I first changed the original grill with one from 3.0Si with silver kindneys and chrome surroundings.

-Then I painted all gloss black, but wasn`t happy about it, looked really like huge nostrils. And the extra details the chrome surroundings creates was missing

-So now the chrome surroundings is back, together with piano black finish on the kidneys

Curious as to how the exhaust sound is with the crossover pipe added ??

I had considered doing this as well last year...just no free time yet to accomplish.

I love your car, dude! Very cool.

Why put the M badge on? Nothing wrong with a z4 without an M badge

very sweet build.

No changes is needed to fit the M bumper, but you have to install the facelift taillight(You have to have some electrician skills to fit them right) and the 4 pipe exhaust.

Wheel studs

These are 50mm wheel studs, perfect if you don`t use spacers.

They has a cool gold look to them and nuts in black.

Installed them because I have three wheel sets to my Z4. Its really easy to intall wheels now, without damaging the nice orange color on my brakes

Rollover bars in car color

I bought the car with AC Schnitzer rollover bars in chrome, thinking they where not my taste, so I removed them.

Bought new OEM covers and painted them in car color(Sterling grey). I did not mount the center piece mesh "thing" inside the cover, they look much cleaner without them. And because I have the BMW Performance seats, they block the wind in my neck.

The center windshot I do have

BMW Z4 Individual door sills

These looks really good, in solid aluminium.

I had to decide between the M sills or the Individual sills. But since I have an Individual looking car, my choice was these over the Ms.
