The steering wheel, front facia, suspension, exhaust and seats are all different in the M. There are probably some other differences but I can't think of them off the top of my head.

EDIT: CF dash option, and shifter are also different.

and worth every cent. Especially for someone to buy now. Nearly 11k off MSRP.
