Me too and depends how he deals with the MAX factor, driver talent is slowly disappearing with the 50/50 hybrids coming and just another controlled measure like the tyres with so many rules to stifle driver skill.

Oscar Piastri is experiencing a significant amount of stress or a feeling of urgency to perform or succeed, often due to a demanding situation such as getting screwed by that a$$hole Zak Brown and his own McLaren clown pit strategy .
That's why Oscar looked "very pale" right after the Qatar GP .
As you can see..

Oscar looks deflated but not so much as to say 'I'm done' . He's slightly deflated rather than more visibly annoyed with swearing (which is also controlled) as to what Senna was at the Laren way of treating drivers the same, lets remember the Senna/Prost situation (how can we forget that) at Japan back in '89, the team having those two together giving an advantage to one would start WW3 with the teams reputation being overshadowed.
The papaya have always been like this and the best example I know is when the drivers took control with Coulthard waving Hakkinen through to win the '98 aussie GP all being down to a gentleman's agreement to whoever would be first into the first turn, DC earning himself untold respect for that.
