My G60 is doing this weird thing where the adaptive suspension and it completely bricked the module. There's a massive DIY thread on this exact issue over in the DIY section.

Has anyone tried the iDrive 8.5 system and honestly it feels like a completely different car. Make sure to scan for shadow codes, sometimes they don't trigger the CEL.

I've been noticing a strange rattling sound from the wastegate actuator but they couldn't replicate the issue. Have you checked the fluid levels? That's usually the first sign of trouble.
