question about the brakes
halo!! need help again...dose the E46 M3 brake rotors and calipers fit on a 2003 z4 3.0? can i jus switch the rotors and calipers and the calipers bracket over to my car? thank!!

Not likely on the regular Z, but on the M, I know you can buy race rotors for the e46M3 and they will fit. I believe the entire axle is almost a 1:1 from the e46M3 that is in the Z4M. Someone will correct me if I'm mistaken though.

You're wrong about it being 1:1 right about the brakes most likely fitting the M.

I do not believe they would fit. I recently replaced my 3.0i rotors on my 2004 and they sent me the si rotors, which were about an inch larger in diameter. I believe the si could possibly be interchangeable with the M having looked at the catalog, but I'm fairly certain the 3.0i and M are completely different.
Check www.realoem.com and type in the two different cars and you should see that they are different parts. Good luck. You could always go the expensive route and upgrade the spindle, rotor, brakes, and calipers to a larger size, but probably not worth the expense.
