I suggest rear spring pads. Otherwise the back sags a little. I had h&r spring with pads on my my coupe for 3 months until I changed to coilovers

I love that look..
I have to agree with Dubsesd..I currently am running H&R springs..def going to upgrade to coilovers...I should have saved the money and did it right the first time..

I have h&r coilovers and they are perfect for a street setup. If you want something softer maybe kw.

H&R springs put the rear where I wanted it, but the front still almost looks stock...with coilovers it just gives you more control..

Wow, K&Ws are softer? I'm glad I went with H&Rs.

Go with H&R coilovers. You won't regret it. First thing I thought of when I drove mine with the coilovers was, "this is how the Z4 should've have felt right from the get do."

Those VB3s look great!

Hi all... took awhile, but finally had time to install the H&R springs. Actually I'm quite happy with the drop... and noticed a better ride performance over stock. I'm not rubbing or scraping over humps or driveways. Will probably upgrade to coil-overs in the future. But for now... these babies will do.

Wow, the stance on your car looks really nice....I know you said no scraping on the roads but any rubbing in your wheel wells? I'm looking at the exact same wheel and suspension set up but i don't want to do any camber. Just making sure you are clear of any rubbing issue with those wheel specs

Also what tire brand are you using?
