a new discovery
bought a shift knob from a E46 5spd and it's actually HEAVIER than Z4 stock knob! I didn't like the ZHP knob cuz it was too short and actually missed gears more but with this one...weighs more, longer knob better grip....totally like. and it's cheap

it looks the same but one from E46's are heavier... almost heavy as ZHP if i remember correctly.
I dunno I just need the shifter that high...shorter ZHP knob didn't work for me...kinda too low. I hold mine with the thumb on top rest gripping on the knob as oppose to the ZHP I had to put my palm over the top. can ya kinda picture that....as close as I can explain it lol
