Still looking great next to the newer generations :)
So I went to the dealer to pick up some accessories for my z4mc, and when I stepped out to leave I couldn't help but to notice how good she looked, even when surrounded by the new models…so I had to snap a shot!

We are fortunate to have one of the better BMW designs of all time. Of course, we are prejudiced! Another of my personal favorites is the 1995 model E34. There are many, E30's, especially the cabrios, always seem to look great. And the 02's, of course. Other personal favorites are the M1, E46 and E9x. And how can anyone fault the 507?

Pretty confident that the E86 shell is a classic and should be viewed as a modern equivalent of what the Etype jags and such looked like back in the days. I genuinely prefer it to 911 shape (from the rear they are kind of reminding me of each other but i still like the Z). Hard to really explain why, I think it\s the clownshoe shape and chopped off rear look that is just very classic sports car.
looks is why I got it not build quality or the ride, to be honest. I heard that Z4MC is already going up in value (Jalopnik had a review on it / hope that the non M will also go same route at one point) and unmolested clean cars will be sought after by bmw collectors later.

The low production numbers would certainly suggest it's got future potential. Only 1815 Z4MC's over a three year period. Heck, there were over twice as many Z3MC's.
Compared to all the Porsche's and Corvettes (20-30k cranked out EVERY YEAR), defiantly not a car you see on a regular basis. Adam Carolla mentioned the M Coupe in one of his most recent Carcast podcasts. Has said in the past he likes both generations, but has really harped on he Z3MC lately. |

I think Z4 coupe(M or non M) is one of the best design in the BMW history. I drive my car in traffic proudly in interested lookings from people around. the other sport cars have not such an attraction. |
