Turbocord charger issue

Has anyone else had problems with their turbocord no longer working in the 240v outlet? I had one stop working, then the 2nd one never worked that I received as a replacement.
I had an electrician come out to verify the house circuitry was working 100% correctly.
I am using this cord o a 2017 i3 REX

Damn turbochords! Mine does not fit in my sprocket anymore.
