Strut tower position after coilovers installed

So I’ve just install a set of coilovers at my local shop, its my first time seeing that there is play/adjustment on the tower where the coilovers connects to the frame.
attached is the photos of my strut tower, but is this normal?

It’s currently -2.5 camber in the front, but now the left and the right is not the same.
so they use this to help adjust camber with this? or this actually adjust caster?
I’m thinking of adding a strut bar, so it will affect the camber?

Those slotted holes allow small adjustments to camber. Some strut bars also allow for this adjustment (OEM and Strong Strut do for sure).

I don't think the slots are that much elongated? (maybe the m coupe is different?)
Maybe the shop altered the holes a little?

I also see a potential crack at one of the holes.

Luckily I’ve purchased an OEM strut bar.

I don’t think the shop made the hole bigger and if they have they would have told me, cause i’ll be super pissed.
That’s not a crack, its a scratch with a bit rust on it after the paint is gone..

I have another question , do you need to use their specific nuts for installing the strut bar?
