the good ones always bring a good dollar.
The USD rate also helps drive CDN prices.

39999 CDN = 30797 USD

Great to see these prices....hopeful this platform manufactured for 3 yrs will continue to increase; when you think about today's offerings and the lack of visceral driving input and excitement, the Z4M is indeed very special.

Drove an M4 the other day and while its special in its own way and has a different purpose (doubling as a sports car that can haul three passengers comfortably) I couldn't wait to get back into my Z4M for the fun and experience. At 1/3rd the price of a new M4 and almost 1/2 the price of a used one these cars are a steal. The M4 drive validated my stance that I'll be keeping this car for a long time.

Disclaimer: I drove a DCT example so its possible I'd feel a bit more differently if it has been a manual.

No surprise there. $31K USD is a steal for a car with only 19K miles.

I totally agree, expected closer to $35K USD.

I think there will be a tipping point where the pricing starts going up again.
Only 1800 made is really rare.
Compare this to the new McLaren 600LT being released end of the year - only 1500 will be made and they cost $240k+

I agree that the price might start going up, especially for low mileage cars in excellent condition.

BTW, 1815 is for the North American market, not sure how many were made for the rest of the world, but it makes a difference for rarity. Still a rare and desirable car none the less.

I don't think you can compare a McLaren to Z4.....

Speaking of rarity -- only 828 Z4 non-M coupes sold in North America with a manual gearbox.

How many of E86 M Coupes were produced?

ECE LHD spec: 1,714 produced from 04/2006 through 07/2008

ECE RHD spec : 1,052 produced from 04/2006 through 06/2008

NA LHD spec: 1,815 produced from 04/2006 through 08/2008

So the total world-wide production for various markets including North America is 4,581 units.
